Broccoli with Oyster Sauce Recipe

I love cooking broccoli. Trust me. It’s easy, fast, and so many nutrients on it. That’s why my Mom always remind me to eat broccoli in often. Besides my families were having old stories about hereditary diseases such as some forms of cancer or tumor, my Mom has never forgot to remind her daughter to always eat healthy foods which have good nutrition like fruit and vegetables. One of them is broccoli. She is hoping that this way could contribute to relieve hereditary diseases and cut the sad story from the older generation to the next generation.

Researchers from John Hopkins University in Baltimore and also from the National Center for Scientific Research in Paris found that Broccoli is not only eradicated the bacteria that can cause and raise the risk of cancer but also worked against drug resistant strains. A chemical that found in broccoli and broccoli sprouts, sulforaphane, seems showing a promise as a potential treatment for Helicobacter pylori, the bacterium that causes cancer. Adding broccoli that contains far more of sulforaphane than other vegetables and that broccoli sprouts are even more potent.
Here is my simple recipe to cook broccoli in just for 15 minutes:

The ingredients:
– Broccoli
– Garlic and Red onion
– Green chiles and tomato
– Oyster Sauce
– Sweet Ketchup
– Salt and sugar
How it cook?
– First, slice thinly the garlic, red onion, green chiles, and tomato
– Second, heat the cooking oil and put the flavor on it, give a little water
– Third, put salt, sugar, sweet ketchup, oyster sauce and broccoli into it
Now… Broccoli Oyster Sauce is ready to be served.
